SEND Data Analyst
Caroline has 10 years’ experience of analysing data within the educational sector, working with all key stages from early years to post-16.
After completing her D.Phil in 2009, Caroline has worked as a data manager in secondary schools and FE colleges, before progressing to the level of data and programme manager within a multi-academy trust. She has vast experience of creating analysis systems, with an emphasis on the progress of pupil groups across attainment, attendance and exclusion measures. Caroline is knowledgeable about accountability measures at all stages, and has supported numerous schools to create robust systems that allow for timely intervention of pupils to ensure maximum outcomes are achieved and provide the comprehensive analysis that OFSTED expect. As a working data manager, Caroline can provide expertise in all areas of data management, including SEND support, staff training and support in addition to designing bespoke systems.
