We provide an extensive range of services for education, business settings and for children referred by parents and carers.

Speech and Language Therapy

Speech, Language & Communication (SLCN) difficulties are the most common SEN in schools. Children and young people with SLCN will have difficulties accessing language and learning leading to difficulties with social relationships, overall development and underachievement.
Total Inclusion Speech and Language Therapists will:
  • Complete standardised SLCN assessments
  • Provide interventions
  • Give advice for teachers, parents/carers and young people.
  • Employ the graduated approach of 'assess, plan, do and review'
The aim is to work with you and for your therapist to become part of the wider whole school team and develop best practice for SLCN across your setting. ​​

Occupational Therapy 

Children can experience a range of difficulties in settings that Occupational Therapists (OT's) can assess, advise and provide intervention for including handwriting, gross and fine motor skills, balance and sensory processing difficulties.
Total Inclusion Occupational Therapists will:
  • Implement robust assessments for individuals and/or groups of pupils/students
  • Complete assessments and reports detailing recommendations and suggested outcomes
  • Provide Treatment programmes
  • Offer OT focused bespoke training packages

Educational Psychology

Educational Psychologists (EP's) can identify potential barriers to learning for children and young people.
Total Inclusion Speech and Language Therapists will:
  • Offer rigorous and in-depth assessments and consultations
  • Offer advice for teachers, parents/carers and young people
  • Provide bespoke training and consultancy with regards to the statutory assessment process
  • Use nationally recognised assessment tools
  • Create reports which will include individual recommendations for measurable outcomes​.

Specialist Assessors

​Total Inclusion Specialist Assessors will:
  • Use JCQ approved standardised assessments
  • Provide evidence for access arrangements GSCE exams
  • Support schools in the completion of Form 8’s and advise to best practice

​Training Packages

Total Inclusion can offer various bespoke training packages focusing on your setting's individual requirements. We can incorporate our wide range of professionals at no extra cost including Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists and SEND Consultants. 
We can also provide business settings with training around employing and supporting employees with SEND.

​SEND Consultancy & Specialist
​Advice

​Total Inclusion Consultants and Specialists enable schools to develop and improve progress and provision for pupils/students with SEND.
Total Inclusion’s highly qualified, experienced and committed team work with education providers to:
  • Audit, advise and action plan
  • Support with provision mapping
  • Provide Access to various professionals 

Social, Emotional
​& Mental Health Specialists

Total Inclusion can source experts to support settings in managing pupils/students with SEMH.
Total Inclusion SEMH specialists will:
  • Complete assessments 
  • Provide advice and 1:1 and/or small group interventions​​

Student Engagement and Guidance

Total Inclusion work with an extremely talented team specialising in career guidance and student engagement. They produce inspirational, relevant and bespoke events and mentoring for young people.

Safeguarding 

Total Inclusion are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and to equality of opportunity. Enhanced DBS checks are compulsory for all Total Inclusion professionals engaged in working with children and/or young people. 
All staff have safeguarding training and we have clear policies and procedures embedded in our practice. 

'Assess-Plan-Do-Review'

Total Inclusion follow the 'Graduated Approach  as detailed in the 2015 SEND Code of Practice within their practice and across all our services.
